Quotes and deposits
Quotes are valid for 14 days. Orders are confirmed once a deposit is received; the balance is due before collection or delivery.
Lead times
Celebration cakes need 5 – 7 days' notice and wedding cakes 4 – 6 weeks. Rush orders are accommodated when our schedule allows.
Changes and cancellations
Design changes can be made up to 72 hours before your date. Deposits cover ingredients and reserved studio time and are non-refundable.
Delivery and collection
Delivery is charged by distance and quoted before confirmation. Once a cake has been delivered or collected, its care and handling are your responsibility.
Allergens
Our kitchen handles wheat, dairy, eggs and nuts. We cannot guarantee an allergen-free cake — please tell us about allergies before ordering.
Design accuracy
Every cake is handmade, so small variations from inspiration photos are natural and part of the craft.
